Creative Spark: We introduced the concept of a “Heart Puzzle”—a cutting board shaped like a heart, split into two interlocking halves. This design beautifully represents the idea of two independent souls joining to form something whole.
Material & Structure: Why plastic? We recommended high-quality, food-grade plastic for its durability, light weight, and resistance to cracking or mold—especially ideal for a puzzle-style board. Its easy-to-clean surface also meets the couple’s practical needs for daily use.
Puzzle Lock Mechanism: Our engineers rigorously tested the interlocking design to ensure the two halves could be easily separated for handling different ingredients or cleaning, yet fit together seamlessly to form a stable, smooth cutting surface.
Personalized Touches: We laser-engraved Mrs. Chen’s nickname “Ruirui” on her husband’s half, and Mr. Chen’s nickname “Ajie” on hers. At the center of the reassembled heart, we etched their wedding anniversary—a timeless reminder of their love.
